The new proposed Five Thousand Naira note (N5,000) will be available next year according to Central Bank of Nigeria. I will like us to discuss it in full. What do your make of it? Thanks. |

The new currency denomination is welcome but -
I don't know how I will feel if I ever lost one. I am such a careless guy and may misplace one, losing N5000 one will surely be a nightmare. |

I think this development is not welcome to Nigeria, Nigerians should do everything to oppose it. How can Central Bank be this cruel? So they really want to explode the impending inflation in Nigeria.What is their motivation on this? How will the new currency denomination be of use to Nigerians?

Its one thing to say that introduction of higher currency denomination leads to inflation, its another thing for it to be true. I don't see any cruel thing in introducing N5000 note but understanding defers hence everyone is 'right' in his own way
